I started doing ‌the oil pulling process on my⁣ teeth a ​couple months ago. My⁤ biggest regret ​is I didn’t know about this years​ ago. You’re supposed to swish for 10 minutes. I can’t go that long, I do 5. You can save yourself a fortune at the dentist by using this. ​The healing capabilities is staggering. Just don’t spit it out in your ⁣drain. It can clog them. It is an oily product, taste like coconut,⁢ which I⁢ love. Takes some getting used to. But it’s worth it. I’ve ‌had​ this stuff stop a toothache. ❤️

My ​son and‍ I ‌did an experiment after he had 7 cavities after a cleaning and I have always had red puffy gums. The last time⁣ I went to the dentist‌ they were trying to have me ⁣do an $100 antibacterial swish. I have paid⁣ to have my ‌gums thoroughly cleaned. Well my son and I tried​ this for a couple of ⁢weeks. before he had his cavities filled and I had my cleaning.Results: He had a cavity that was 3 surfaces and now it was‌ only 2. They were wondering what he did in such a short amount of time. Then I went to get my teeth cleaned (which has never been ⁢fun, ⁣they⁤ always say my gums are puffy and lots of plaque.) I used this product twice ‌a day for 9​ days. That’s how​ long the⁤ bottle lasts give or take. The flavor is doable. It comes with a tongue scrapper (great quality) and a toothbrush for gums (10 out of 10). The toothbrush is the softest​ brush I have ever had. It feels so good on⁢ the gums it’s unbelievable!! Now to⁢ the promise ‍of whitening⁣ with this product I would say that’s a stretch. The product cannot ‍reverse enamel damage which⁢ is the​ root cause of yellow teeth in most people…BUT If your teeth ⁣are discolored due to tarter build up ⁢or stained teeth with undamaged enamel THIS product will work for you. The one thing that’s​ undeniable about this oil pulling product is that it really cleans your mouth deeply allowing for​ fresher breath. After I’m done I usually scrape floss and water⁤ pik then ⁢brush. My breath smells so fresh and clean ⁤I ⁣could really feel the difference when I used this product. The price for something to last a week and a few days is a ‍little much for the size of the bottle. If it is within your budget I say go for it.”

“I like how clean ⁢it makes my mouth feel! I did notice some whitening of my teeth ⁤using ⁣it⁤ alone, but when I combined it with Hello Brand Charcoal w/Coconut oil Toothpaste and MySmile Whitening Strips, the whitening process really amped up. Using each one alone didn’t ⁤really do ⁤as much as‌ I‍ expected. I also use a ‍Waterpik and an electric ⁤toothbrush. Mainly because of⁤ the charcoal toothpaste. It’s so messy.I love the ultra-soft fat head toothbrush though, and tongue scraper that came with it. I use this toothbrush in ‌between regular brushings.‍ It’s⁤ soooo soft!!! “I’ve only been ‍using⁢ this about 3 days. I use it in the morning before starting my day, and again⁢ at night before‌ bed. It’s still too soon to see any whitening to my teeth, but what I have noticed is a cleaner mouth and better breath. My teeth and gums ‌feel healthy after‍ just ‌one use. The taste is ⁢fine, like a minty mouthwash, a bit thicker but pleasant. Been⁣ using for ⁢over a week now​ and the difference⁣ is really​ noticeable. Used before brushing with the Biomed ‌toothpaste, try to swill ⁣around for 10 mins before rinsing then brushing. Mouth⁢ feels really fresh. Breath is fresher longer.
